Moneybackjobs officially launches!

Well the day has finally arrived!? After lots (and I do mean lots) of hard work, the Moneybackjobs website is officially ready and open for business.? I'm extremely excited at what we've created and I definitely think that this has the chance to take off and be the next best thing in recruiting for Employers and Job Seekers.

For those that may not have too much time to look at the How It Works section, the premise of our website is simple ¨C we pay Job Seekers to accept a job that's been posted by an Employer on our website (we have almost 300 jobs already on our site).? This "Moneyback Bonus", as we call it, has the potential to be quite substantial ¨C Job Seekers can earn up to 7.5% of their starting salary.? On the flip side, Employers are going to love the fact that they can attract passive and exclusive candidates at a fraction of what they might pay a recruiting agency to fill a position.? This website will also be a great tool for Recruiting Agencies because it will be a great place for them to do splits if they so choose.

One question that we've gotten a lot up to this point (and we'll probably continue to get) is, "Will there be social networking and other features available?"? The answer to that question is, "Yes, but not yet."? We have plans to implement several cool social networking features, as well as a proprietary candidate rating system, etc. within the first 3-12 months of launching.? However, it's really important that at the beginning, we stay focused on the core concept of Search and Recruiting because what we're presenting is such a new idea, we don't want to overwhelm people with too many different things at once.? Also, if we have too many different things going on at the beginning, the core value of what we're offering (i.e. money for Job Seekers) might get lost.? But don't worry, those other things will be just around the corner!

Don't forget that we have a great referral program that you can earn additional Moneyback bonuses and cash for referring your friends, colleagues, etc. to the website.? Also, be sure to visit our online message board to start discussing recruiting-related topics that you might have.? Lastly, our Wiki Socials page has information about upcoming wiki social events that we're hosting and offering to both Job Seekers and Employers.
